A magnificent gîte, spacious and very clean, with a covered area where you can eat outside while being protected from the sun. The children enjoyed the garden with its swings and sandpit. The petanque area was popular with the older children. Everyone was able to relax on the beautiful lawn. The visit to the farm was a delight for young and old alike. A Haven of Peace
Second time we have stayed in this gite (last time during the summer, this time during the winter) and we are still under the spell!

Holiday reviews
We don’t often write reviews, but having just returned from our holiday in France, we enjoyed our whole experience so much that we felt compelled to share the experience. Not having had a holiday for five years and this being our five-year-old daughter’s first major trip, it was really important to us that we found a gite that met all of our needs, Gite entre Terres et Vignes did exactly that and more.

Valerie and Thierry couldn’t have been more friendly, helpful and accommodating throughout our booking process. As this holiday was so important to us, we had many questions, and Valerie was helpful and quick to respond. Their attention to detail and friendly approach was hugely reassuring to us, especially travelling with our little girl.

When we arrived at the Gite we knew we had made an excellent choice. The Gite is a newly converted barn set in an idyllic location. Valerie and Thierry were there to welcome us and were so kind and friendly. They provided an amazing welcome pack including a bottle of champagne, fresh eggs from their farm and a cake.

The Gite is very spacious and beautifully decorated to the highest standard with everything you could possibly need for a family holiday provided. Our daughter really enjoyed the playroom with all the toys and outside she loved the swing set, outdoor toys, sandpit and especially the jacuzzi. The jacuzzi spa is huge and provides a really relaxing way to spend the afternoon taking in the wonderful views.

We enjoyed meals outside on the covered terrace and at the huge dining table. All of the bedrooms are really large, airy and beautifully decorated. The bathrooms are all large and well-equipped. We felt the Gite was beautiful and excellent value for money.

Clearly, Valerie and Thierry take great pride in their property, the grass was freshly cut and the gite was immaculately clean, with everything in pristine condition. Valerie was very helpful with any questions we had and also excellent at suggesting places nearby which would be of interest to our little girl

We were able to use the Gite as a base to visit Disneyland Paris. The drive was very easy and took around 45 mins. We visited Disneyland on 3 days of our stay which was excellent fun and made even more enjoyable knowing we could return to our beautiful Gite and relax after a long and busy day at Disney.

Valerie and Thierry have created a really beautiful and comfortable holiday home with everything you could need for a perfect relaxing stay. We really couldn’t have asked for more, it was perfect. We really hope to come back soon.

Ideal Cottage to get away from it all with friends and family

We had an excellent stay at the Gîte 'Entre Terre et Vignes'.
The house is very pleasant, with a living room and kitchen ideal for enjoying and preparing great (and good) meals.
The rooms are spacious and mention +++ to the very comfortable bedding.

Remarkable cottage, run by welcoming and available owners!
Gite with a "cocooning" atmosphere, very carefully decorated, all with remarkable quality materials, isolated, quiet, but still close to some beautiful Champagne towns (Sézanne, Provins...).
A real attention to detail and impeccable cleanliness. The owners are very smiling and concerned about the comfort of their travellers, who like to share their choices for the restoration of this old agricultural building (in which we discover part of their history) and who have a heart to make known the universe of the farm.
Occupied by 9 people including 2 children (who were delighted to enjoy the dormitory area, its TV and the brand new Baby Foot), we felt right at home. I would recommend it 100%, and hope that the owners will be delighted with the success of this brand new gite! (translated from french)

We were greeted with a smile by Monsieur and Madame Fournaise on the day we arrived in Châtillon-sur-Morin.
Madame Fournaise took some time to explain the general operation of the house by doing an inventory of the premises. We were surprised to find fresh eggs from the farm, a box of sweets and a nice homemade chocolate cake on the work surface.
Interiors are tastefully and finely furnished. The kitchen is functional and close to the terrace to serve the dishes outside. Mme Fournaise was very kind to our group and checked in regularly to ensure our comfort.
The place is quiet and the bedding is excellent, we could not but rest well. Mr fournaise took time out at the end of the stay to show us around his Charolais beef farm, which was very informative.
Suggestion: one or two extra bathrooms, because for 10 people the number is a bit small. (translated from french)
